ABN Inspire! Quick Start Guide

This Quick Start Guide is intended to provide the end-user with the knowledge they need to complete primary user tasks for ABN inspire! Version 1.6.2.

Note: This document is a Quick Start Guide and does not contain every user task you can perform for ABN inspire! 

This guide contains the following types of notes:

Key Terms

Monthly Leaderboard	Welcome screen to ABN inspire! when you log in. This displays the month’s sales results. It also has the capability to view past month data as well. This is the default setting for the ‘Display User’ setting.
Team Leaderboard	Leaderboard view broken down by team. Teams are listed in ranking order with the most to least sales showing.
Team Comparison	Team comparison is a quick view of all the teams’ statistics for the month including overall team make/mix, trade-in percentage and number of booked versus working.
Games	Location where your employees go to play the games set up by the dealership.
Dashboard	Location to completely customize your settings in ABN inspire! and get a quick overview of sales statistics.

ABN inspire!: Team Pie Chart 

IMPORTANT: The new “Team Pie Chart” is only available on the “Salesperson Dashboard” when the selected user is already a member of a team on the ABN inspire! application 

NOTE: Select the salesperson’s name on the left-hand side of the “Leaderboard” 

TIP: The end-user will be redirected to the “Salesperson Dashboard”

IMPORTANT: When the user is a member of a team on the ABN inspire! application, the pie charts on the right-hand side of the “Salesperson Dashboard” are divided into three sections 

1. Salesperson Average (Center Circle)
2. Team Average (Middle Circle)
3. Dealership Average (Outer Circle)

TIP: A legend is available with each circle labeled and highlighted in yellow which signifies each data point and their location in the pie chart

IMPORTANT: Two separate metrics are tracked and displayed for each pie chart

1. ESP Penetration Ratio
2. Sales to Trade Ratio

TIP: A color legend is available at the bottom of each pie chart

NOTE: For the example above, “ESP Penetration Ratio” was used

ABN inspire!: 13-Month Sales Trend Pop-ups 

Main Leaderboard: 

IMPORTANT: 13-month sales trends are now immediately available on the “Main Leaderboard” by selecting the “MTD” (Month-to-Date) column for each salesperson

TIP: Select the “MTD” cell for the desired salesperson and a pop-up will appear

TIP: Select the “X” button to close

Team Leaderboard: 

IMPORTANT: 13-month sales trends are now immediately available on the “Team Leaderboard” by selecting the “MTD” (Month-to-Date) column for each team

TIP: Select the “MTD” cell for the desired team and a pop-up will appear

TIP: Select the “X” button to close 

ABN inspire!: New Functions 

Additional Month-to-Month Sorting Options: 

IMPORTANT: The calendar pop-up is no longer required to sort month-to-month because a new sorting option with forward and back arrows has been applied to all “Leaderboard” pages

TIP: Select the back arrow to redirect the “Leaderboard” to the previous month

NOTE: The end user will be redirected to the previous month on the “Leaderboard”

TIP: Select the back arrow to redirect the “Leaderboard” to the next previous month or select the forward arrow to redirect the “Leaderboard” back to the current month

IMPORTANT: The calendar pop-up is still available when the end-user would like to skip more than one month at a time

New “X” Button to Close All Pop-Ups:

IMPORTANT: All pop-ups within the ABN inspire! application now have an “X” button to close

TIP: Select the “X” button to close the “13-Month Sales Trend Graph”

TIP: Select the “X” button to close the “Information” pop-up

TIP: Select the “X” button to close the “Search” pop-up

NOTE: Not all pop-ups were represented in this guide
