ABN inspire!: Financials Guide Overview
The ABN inspire!: Financials Guide is intended to provide you, the end-user, with the information needed to make an informed decision when to turn on financials for ABN inspire!
Note: This document is a Quick Start Guide and does not contain every task that can be performed.
This guide contains the following types of notes:

ABN inspire!: Financials Guide
NOTE: There are SEVEN (7) available user roles within ABN Inspire!
TIP: The table below represents the level of user access each role has when enabling financials
IMPORTANT: Only the user roles listed below can be granted access to financials by the listed user type

IMPORTANT: Once activated, the following data points will become available for the selected end-users:
- Front Gross
- Back Gross
- Total Gross
- Dealer Average
- Commission
ABN inspire!: Financials Guide
IMPORTANT: For ABN inspire! to access “Financials” the end-user must submit a request to the account’s Regional Account Manager (RAM)
IMPORTANT: Additional back-end configurations are required to access “Financials”
NOTE: Visibility into the “Financials” is configurable for each of the permission groups under the “Financials Information Configuration” section of the “Display Settings”
IMPORTANT: Once activated, the following data points will become available for the selected end-users:
- Front Gross
- Back Gross
- Total Gross
- Dealer Average
- Commission
IMPORTANT: If a data point is unavailable or has not yet been entered into the DMS, it cannot be displayed within ABN inspire!

IMPORTANT: Accessing “Financials” will unlock “Show Commission” in the “Global Settings – All Users” section of the “Display Settings”
IMPORTANT: “Show Commission” is “User” specific for every “Employee” account
NOTE: When “Financials” are set to “ON” all “Composite Board Settings” will become available under the “Display Settings” section of the “Dashboard”
IMPORTANT: Additional “Financials” settings will be discussed in the following “Composite Board” section

NOTE: Select “Monthly Leaderboard” from the drop-down menu
IMPORTANT: The salesperson “Average Gross” when compared to the “Dealership Average” is now visually represented to the right of the “Employee” name
TIP: A key for the “Average Gross” is available to the end-user within the “Legend”

NOTE: The salesperson “Average Gross” when compared to the “Dealership Average” is also represented when selecting an individual deal on the “Monthly Leaderboard”
TIP: The pop-up includes the actual percentage versus the “Dealership Average”

NOTE: Select a specific deal from the pop-up to access the “Deal Drill Down” page
IMPORTANT: The “Agreement Terms” and the “Financial Institution Information” are now included on the “Deal Drill Down” page
NOTE: Select the salesperson located under “Closing Agent”
TIP: The end-user will be redirected to the “Salesperson Dashboard”

IMPORTANT: The “Salesperson Dashboard” includes the “Sales” rank for the most popular vehicles sold by the selected “Employee”
TIP: All data represented on the “Salesperson Dashboard” is specific to that individual
